This is something which everyone feels during and before the examination. Most of the students get panic and in so much hurry to complete everything. This is not a right thing to do. It is important to stay calm during the exams, do not overthink just focus on your priorities. If you do preparation with a peaceful mind, the things will be remembered for a longer time.
Say no to Social Media
There is a difference between social media and social activities. You should interact with your parents and friends time to time but try to avoid social media. You cannot imagine about the time you kill on Facebook and twitter by doing nothing, just random chat and seeing someone’s post which is not helpful for your examination in any way. Keep yourself away from all social media platforms and it will also help you to keep calm.
Make your Timetable
Most of the people find it difficult to follow a daily timetable. But do you know a right timetable can help you to achieve your study goals and if you will follow them honestly, no one can stop you reaching at the target. Just remember a few things while making a timetable-
- Every subject has a different difficulty level for different people. Give tough subjects more space in your timetable.
- Don’t make it very tough to follow. Give right amount of time to sleep, relax and physical activities.
Give Time to Physical Activities
Physical activities are very important for students who are preparing for the exam. It helps them to keep active, feel positive and refreshed. Do whatever you feel comfortable – go for running or walk, play your favorite outdoor sport or do Yoga. The choice is yours.
Analyze What you have Already Prepared
Believe it or not, it gives you confidence about your preparation. Analyze what you already prepared and solve some questions from that part.
Keep your Room Clean and Organized
Always keep your surroundings clean, specially while preparation time. A messy room can make you panic and you would not feel comfortable. Make sure that you have enough space for your textbooks and notes around you. Get rid of all distractions like games and mobile devices. An organized room can help you to concentrate on your studies.
