How to make the perfect fried rice
There are a lot of different ways to make fried rice, but this is the best way to do it. You’ll need:
-1 cup of rice
-1/2 a onion
-1/4 a green pepper
-1/4 a red pepper
First, cook the rice according to the package directions. While the rice is cooking, chop up the onion and peppers into small pieces.
In a large skillet, heat up some oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and peppers and cook until they’re soft. Push them to one side of the pan and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs and then mix them in with the vegetables.
Add the cooked rice and give everything a good stir. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute or two until everything is hot and evenly mixed. Serve immediately.
