Working in true collaboration with our client Unilever, at U-Studio we have one goal in mind: ‘to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective Needs-based content and digital media campaigns.

The brands are at the forefront of contemporary thinking, utilizing in-depth insight for digital strategy and content advertising. They are also dedicated to sustainability and foregrounding a brand purpose, which means the work we do with them requires working creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale.

As a Copywriter, you will be an integral part of the team. You will need to combine a deep understanding of the trends and concerns inherent to the beauty industry with a varied skill set that will include copywriting, investigative research, script writing, conceptual thinking, and content project planning. The role will primarily involve writing for digital/web: you’ll help brands fit their tone of voice to this landscape and advise on content that’ll powerfully connect with consumers. To do this you’ll need to be an expert storyteller able to find interesting and engaging ways of dramatizing subject matters, extremely digitally savvy, and comfortable writing with SEO in mind.

You’ll also occasionally be asked to team up with other U-Studio creatives to help conceptualize larger projects (I.E. videos, key visuals, social media campaigns). And due to the nature of OLIVER’s in-house agency model, you’ll also need to be confident in interacting directly with clients.




Write, research, and conceptualize creative, innovative content that brings readership and encourages sharing

  • Write short and long-form articles
  • Repurpose existing content for different uses
  • Master a variety of brand voices
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution
  • Set tone and drive creativity, working closely with the Creative Director-Copy(CD/ Account Director) and Data Strategists to ensure creative excellence
  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities
  • Be responsible for working with internal teams to gather input and validate the content
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
  • Present and articulate concepts to clients




  • 4+years of strong experience writing for digital. Must be comfortable creating content with SEO in mind
  • A background in a corporate or journalism environment
  • A thorough understanding of the language and needs inherent to writing for beauty brands
  • Experience in publishing through social media channels and content management systems
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums
  • Able to use data and insight to inform creative
  • A flair for words
  • The ability to think conceptually when needed. Experience working as part of a traditional creative team (designer and copywriter) would be helpful
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences
  • Confident in presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.

The opportunity

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.

As a Senior Associate — Graphic Design, you ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. You liaise with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to render creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals (MS-based applications, print, and interactive collaterals). Your primary work involves creating design solutions for impactful proposals, illustrations, layouts, and enhanced user experiences, across multiple streams. You have an astute understanding of design principles and a highly refined sense of aesthetics. So, you comfortably work within the brand specifications, yet push the boundaries to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions to customers.


Your key responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals
  • Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
  • Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
  • Mentor junior team members on best design practices
  • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
  • Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
  • Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
  • Take ownership and work as a design consultant independently
  • Be responsive to customers on calls and emails
  • Be a part and contribute to various organizational initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills
  • Team management experience
